Hand washing before the temple

This is a small video of me at Meiji Jingu. Meiji Jingu is a Shinto shrine. For those who don't know shinto is called Japan's ancient original religion, and it is deeply rooted in the way of Japanese life. Shinto has no founder, no holy book, and not even the concept of religious conversion, but Shinto values for example harmony with nature and virtues such as "Magokoro (sincere heart)". Washing your hands, first the right, then the left and then bringing some water to your mouth is how you pay respect at Meiji Jingu. (peep the shiny watch my poppa gave me before I left. BALLER!)
