Running update

I did 17k again last night. This week is crunch for my half marathon. I'm going to do another long run tomorrow, and then one last run this Sunday and punch it up to 20 or 23K. After that I'm going to take the entire week off before the race next sunday so my legs are healthy and ready for the monster that will be the great wall.  I've been eating mad pasta son. MAaaaaaad pasta. I burn crazy calories in the gym and have to refuel. 

Stats:
*Although I didn't stick to my word and stay completely alcohol free, I've only had 6 drinks in the last three months. Do the math. 

*I've cut out red meat from my diet for the last two weeks, and will continue that until the race is done. Yes, I'll have the chicken salad please.

*Water consumption has tripled. So serious. I sweat out like 2 or 3 pounds every time I run. I buy one bottle from each store on my block, EVERYDAY, each time I walk up my block.

*Fastest time still stands at 1hr 24 min for 17k. I'm not trying to KILL myself, just run this race.

*Haven't had a day off of work in the last 17 days. Get that money.

*Have bought 2 pairs of new kicks in the last 4 weeks. SHIT.
